Note: This concert prominently features music by Ukrainian composer Valentin Silvestrov, who will be in attendance and is closely connected with the Gryphon Trio. Another Ukrainian composer, Bohdana Frolyak, will also be attending and has arranged two of Silvestrov’s vocal pieces for Gryphon Trio and Nordic Voices for performance alongside a new work for piano trio.
